Download and install TLS Reader, then sign in to load your library.
1. Download the app
The download button detects your desktop operating system and links directly to its installer from the latest published release. macOS uses a universal installer for Intel and Apple silicon; Windows and Linux installers are x64. To choose a different system:
- macOS: Download the DMG, open it, and move TLS Reader to Applications.
- Windows: Download the x64 EXE installer and run it.
- Linux: Download the x64 AppImage, make it executable if your desktop does not do so automatically, then launch it.
On mobile devices or unrecognized systems, or if the latest installer cannot be resolved, the button opens the release page instead. You can always browse all downloads and release notes. JavaScript must be enabled to resolve direct installer links.
Release assets and operating-system security warnings may vary by version. Only download TLS Reader from the project’s official GitHub releases.
2. Sign in
Launch TLS Reader and enter the email address and password for your TLS Library account. The app connects to the library service configured for this build; an internet connection is needed to sign in and load your catalog.
You can paste credentials from a password manager using Edit → Paste, Cmd+V on macOS, or Ctrl+V on Windows and Linux. You can also right-click a sign-in field and choose Paste. TLS Reader does not read your clipboard through its app bridge or store your password.
3. Open your library
After signing in, your available publications appear in the library. Choose a book to open it. Use Library → Refresh if you want to reload the catalog.
To sign out, choose Account → Sign out from the desktop menu.
Can’t sign in? Check your account details and internet connection, then see Troubleshooting.
